Ten years in SEO, tech and marketing, an engineer on staff, and the Foundation went in anyway. Since then he has rebuilt his agency site, shipped a SaaS product, built his own proposal software, and built a prospect research system that pulls Shopify, Google Analytics and Search Console and writes the full strategy and offer document by itself. Most days he holds down a voice key, talks for 60 seconds, and the system builds what he asked for.

Stop being the bottleneck in your own business.
A bespoke AI brain and AI workforce, built into your business, that handles the routine work your team currently brings to you. You own everything we build.
You've tried AI. You've tried tools. None of it stuck.
- ChatGPT. Good for drafts, helpful for one task, doesn't run without you.
- Zapier. Moves data between apps, brittle, and you're still the one configuring it.
- A chatbot on the website. Doesn't talk to your CRM, doesn't qualify the lead.
- The "AI person". A freelancer or junior meant to "do the AI stuff". Quit at month two.
None of it ran without you. The work still flows through your head, the decisions still wait for you, and your team still messages you at 9pm. That isn't an AI problem. It's an installation problem, and another tool or another hire won't fix it.
Most automation moves data between apps. We build the brain that thinks, the workforce that acts, and install both into your business.
Watches your sales numbers, inbox, calendar, team activity, calls, meetings and pipeline.
Doesn't sleep, doesn't forget, doesn't take Mondays off. It turns all of that into a daily brief, surfaces what matters, and flags the calls only you can make.
Answers missed calls in three rings. Chases new leads inside 60 seconds.
Works the dormant database, follows up quotes, drafts proposals, books appointments and logs meeting recaps, then reports back when something needs you. The top brass gets the decisions. The workforce gets the rest.

One message that tells you exactly where the day stands. The top brass, briefed.
This is the brain's output: the numbers, what the workforce did overnight, what needs you, and what can wait. On your phone, or in the app.
What an install looks like in real businesses.
Five installs. Five industries. Three countries. The pattern repeats.
“The most transformational thing I've done in 10 years of running businesses. It's already earned me six figures in revenue, and it's only been a few months.”
“I used to spend 80 hours producing reports for our property portfolio. Now I just ask my AI. It pulls everything from the right places, runs the full report and flags what needs manual attention. All I do is double-check it.”
Ian had given up on outsourcing his portfolio reporting because the context lived in his head and across his email, utility accounts and Google Drive. Two weeks after the Foundation went in, the brain was pulling from every source, running the reconciliation and drafting the reports.
“I haven't had to contact any of them myself. The system does the work.”
A mortgage and insurance database that had gone quiet. The workforce worked every contact by SMS and voice, qualified the ones who answered, and booked the appointments straight into the calendar.
Two receptionists on the desk and nearly half of incoming calls still went unanswered. Within weeks of the voice workforce going live, missed calls dropped to zero and appointment volume rose 44 percent. Same front desk.
“Titus helped automate a large chunk of my business workflow. What would normally take me 1.5 hours per client post-session is now done in 10mins.”
Ashleen coaches one to one and runs everything else on her own. The install took the notes, follow-up and admin off her desk and left the coaching exactly as it was.
Every install we ship is yours from handover. Each one above would still be running if Brass Butler shut its doors tomorrow. The full library is on the case studies page.
Find out what the chasing costs you a year. Three minutes, no call.
The Business Stress Test is fourteen questions on your phone. You get one score out of 10 for the whole business, what the routine chasing costs you a year in hours and dollars, and ten areas scored against businesses like yours, with a first move for each weak spot.
The full report opens on the page and a seven-page PDF comes to you to keep. If the results are useful, book 30 minutes with Titus to go through them. If not, you still know where the pressure lands.
There are four ways to do this. Three of them keep you stuck.
Most owners we talk to have already tried at least one of the first three. Each looks cheaper or safer at first glance.
ChatGPT, Zapier and the tool subscriptions
You still build, configure and coordinate. The work flows through you.
An in-house dev or a freelancer
You're a configurer now. Fragile, eats your time, and breaks when the freelancer leaves.
Big consulting and brand-name agencies
Slow, expensive, generic. You get a slide deck, not a system.
Brass Butler
A 30-minute call to start. Real strategy work. A build that ships in about three weeks. A system that's yours.
A 30-minute discovery call surfaces the hidden cost in whichever route you're weighing.
Four things you won't find stacked anywhere else.
You own everything we build
The whole code base, the infrastructure, the data, the IP. It lives in your office, on your accounts, with your logins. No platform holding your business hostage, no subscription, no licence. If Brass Butler closes tomorrow, your AI keeps running.
The strategy comes before the build
Every engagement runs through the AI Strategy Intensive before a build is quoted: a paid diagnostic that produces a written report, a prioritised plan and a proposal. Doctor, not vendor. We don't quote a build until we've found what's actually clogging your week.
The brain layer is included
Most "AI workforce" offers sell helpers without a brain, twelve chat windows you still have to coordinate. We build the brain first and the workforce second. The brain watches, decides and briefs. The workforce acts on what the brain decides.
Your AI partner from build onward
We build the install, then stay on as your AI partner: training the brain, optimising the workforce, implementing new automations as the business grows. You own everything from handover, with full title transfer and complete documentation. We call it kept polished.

Three steps from first call to a system that runs without you.
Discovery, strategy, build. Most owners move from first call to a working system inside 60 to 90 days, and none of it starts with a sales pitch.
Not sure yet? Take the stress test
Three minutes on your phone. One score out of 10, what the routine chasing costs you a year, and where to start. No call attached.
Discovery call
Where founder time is going, what you've already tried and what stuck, and whether we can help. No deck, no slides.
AI Strategy Intensive
Two hours one-to-one with Titus. A written report scoring your operating layers, a prioritised module map, and a full proposal with priced options if there's a fit. Step into this once we both think there's a fit; we discuss it on the discovery call.
Credits in full to the build
Foundation build
The AI brain and workforce installed into your business. The first daily brief usually lands on your phone inside week one. Full code base, infrastructure and IP are yours, with documentation and a handover pack. Scope and pricing come out of the Intensive.
The catalogue runs to forty-plus modules. A Foundation typically installs three to six, chosen in the Intensive.
Because what you tried weren't installations. They were tools, and each one needed you to keep configuring it. None of them ran the business when you stepped away. The Foundation is installed into the business and watches the same signals your team watches. The reason it sticks is the brain: without one, an AI workforce is a pile of helpers you have to coordinate, which is what you've already tried.
You do, or any competent dev shop you hire. Everything we build lives on your infrastructure, on your accounts, with your logins, fully documented, with a transition plan in your handover pack. Think of a contractor who builds a deck on your house and then goes out of business. The deck is still there. So is your install.
About three weeks for the Foundation, depending on scope. Individual modules take one to two weeks each. The first daily brief usually lands on your phone inside week one.
Not really. The brain runs in the background, and the workforce shows up as faster responses, better follow-ups, cleaner CRM data and a daily brief on your phone. Your team keeps the tools they already use. You use Telegram and your inbox.
Yes. The default install runs on Nexus CRM (white-label), Retell AI for voice, n8n for orchestration, and OpenAI and Anthropic models for the brain. It integrates with whatever you already run: HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, MYOB, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, your booking platform, your phone system. The Intensive settles what stays and what gets replaced.
Probably not the full Foundation. Below $3M, the cleaner start is a single module that fixes one bleeding leak: a voice receptionist, a reactivation campaign, a speed-to-lead system. We'll tell you that on the discovery call and point you at the right module, or stay in touch until the Foundation makes sense. Foundation installs are built for $3M to $10M services businesses.
